Fatal Crash Closes Route 9 In Lakewood (Developing)

A fatal crash had closed Route 9 in both directions in Lakewood, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred before 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9 near Courtney Road, initial reports said.

A second crash victim was being taken to an area hospital, an unconfirmed report said.

Lakewood police were not immediately available for comment.
